Unter der Unterhaltsreinigung ist die laufende und regelmäßige Reinigung von Büroräumen und Nutzflächen zu verstehen. Das Reinigungsintervall wird je nach Nutzung der einzelnen Räume festgelegt. Die zu erbringenden Reinigungsleistungen werden in einem vertragsmäßigen Leistungsverzeichnis mit Ihnen gemeinsam festgelegt. Gerne bieten wir Ihnen z. B. als Hausverwaltung, Vermieter oder Hausgemeinschaft die Unterhaltsreinigung auch für Miethäuser, Wohnungen und Treppenhäuser an.

Die Glas- und Rahmenreinigung umfaßt die Beseitigung von Verschmutzungen auf allen Arten von Verglasungen sowie die Reinigung von Rahmen, Falzen, Beschlägen, Griffen und Simsen innen und außen.

Glas- und Rahmengrundreinigung

Bei der Grundreinigung von Glas- und Rahmenflächen werden starke Verschmutzungen, die durch längeres Nichtreinigen, Einbau oder durch die Umgebung stark verschmutzt sind, gründlich gereinigt. Hierzu zählt das Entfernen von Klebstoffen, Farbe, Fett- und Ölfilme, Schutzfolien, Aufschriften usw.

Reinigungsintervalle sind von täglicher Glasreinigung bis jährlicher Reinigung möglich. So können wir Ihre Schaufenster wöchentlich, Ihre Büroetage alle zwei Monate oder Ihr Ein- oder Mehrfamilienhaus alle drei Monate reinigen

Wintergärten sind oft durch Dreck, Moos und Vogelkot verschmutzt. Das Gemisch bleibt gerade auf der schwer zu reinigenden Oberfläche des Daches haften und bildet mit der Zeit einen festen Belag, der nur schwer wieder zu entfernen ist. Schmutzpartikel in der Luft setzen sich ebenfalls ab und beschädigen mit der Zeit die Glasoberfläche. Der Lichteinfall wird dann mitunter stark eingeschränkt und beeinträchtigt damit die Nutzung des Wintergartens.

Wir reinigen die Flächen entsprechend der konstruktions- und materialbedingten Anforderungen und versiegeln sie anschließend. Der Wintergarten bleibt so länger sauber und lässt sich wesentlich leichter reinigen, vor allem ohne den Einsatz intensiver Reiniger.

Die Baugrobreinigung findet noch während der Bauzeit statt. Es werden Bauschutt und Handwerkerverschmutzungen nach Materialien getrennt. So werden zum Beispiel Mörtel, Gips, Papiersäcke, Steine, Holzteile sowie Schutzfolien, Etiketten und Verpackungsmaterialien entfernt und entsprechend entsorgt. Die Baugrobreinigung ist in der Regel eine Trockenreinigung, die noch vor den Feinarbeiten im Rohbau ausgeführt wird. Unter dem Begriff Baufeinreinigung bzw. Bauschlussreinigung wird die Erstreinigung und -pflege der neugebauten bzw. renovierten Räumlichkeiten vor dem Bezug verstanden. Insbesondere Bodenbeläge und Handwerkerschmutz sowie vielfältige Verschmutzungsarten werden im Rahmen der Bauschlussreinigung entfernt.

Überall liegt Bauschutt, der weggeräumt werden muss, damit die Handwerker ihre Arbeiten beenden können. Die Grobreinigung hilft auch, Mängel zu erkennen!

Baufeinreinigung

Erstmals erfolgt die gründliche Reinigung des gesamten Neubaus. Alle Büroräume, Sanitäranlagen, Küchen, Einrichtungen, Fenster, Fassaden, Keller, Tiefgaragen, Fahrstühle und Gehwege werden kräftig gereinigt.
Nach der Feinreinigung ist alles einzugsbereit! Eine fachgerechte Durchführung der Bauschlussreinigung ist Voraussetzung für eine kostengünstige, meist nachfolgende Unterhaltsreinigung.

Die Fassadenreinigung umfasst die Gebäudeaußenreinigung, Denkmalpflege, Entrostung, Graffitientfernung, Graffitischutz und die Imprägnierung. Durch eine Konservierung oder Versiegelung / Imprägnierung kann eine Wiederanschmutzung der Fassade wesentlich verzögert und folgende Reinigungen erheblich vereinfacht und somit kostengünstiger werden. Das wirkt sich natürlich auch positiv auf die Werterhaltung aus.

Bei einer Entkernung werden in der Regel sämtliche gebäudetechnische Anlagen sowie nichttragende Innenwände, Türen, Wand- und Bodenbeläge demontiert und fachgerecht entsorgt – dabei muss unbedingt die Gebäudestatik beachtet werden.
Die Grundstruktur des Gebäudes bleibt von der Entkernung unberührt. Auf diese Weise bleiben auch historisch wertvolle Gebäude erhalten.

Wir entkernen darüber hinaus auch schadstoffhaltigen Gebäude z.B. vor einer Abriss-Sprengung um zu verhindern, dass kontaminierte Partikel schädliche Emissionen verursachen. Hierfür sind die relevanten Teile auszubauen und fachgerecht zu entsorgen.
